Charles Gruenwald,
Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Gruenwald is a 1969 graduate of Duke University School of Medicine.
He served his surgery internship and a year of general surgery residency
at State University of New York, Kings County Hospital. This was followed
by a three-year residency in otolaryngology at Harvard University Medical
School in Boston, and completion of his two year plastic surgery
residency at the University of Utah College of Medicine in Salt
Lake City.

associate professor in Plastic Surgery for the Division of Surgery at the
LSU School of Medicine.

Michael A. Teague,
MD, F.A.C.S.
Dr. Teague is a 1970 graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine. A
general surgery residency followed his surgical internship in Phoenix,
Arizona at Charity Hospital in New Orleans on the Tulane service. His
plastic surgery residency was served at the University of Utah in Salt
Lake City. He was Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Utah
Medical School for two years following completion of his residency.

in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Texas A&M University College of Medicine. He completed his

Institution in New Orleans, Louisiana. He trained in plastic and
reconstructive surgery and hand surgery at Eastern Virginia Graduate
School of Medicine, Norfolk, Virginia and was chief resident in 1990.
