    • When you arrive, our front desk team will welcome you and help you check in. If needed, you’ll complete a brief medical history so our team can better understand your health background and goals.

 

  • One of our experienced medical assistants will guide you to an exam room and review your medical history, medications, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Depending on the procedure, they may take photos or measurements to assist with surgical planning. They’ll make sure you’re comfortable and ready to meet with the surgeon.

About the Consultation

  • During your consultation, you’ll have dedicated time with the doctor to discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations. The surgeon will evaluate the treatment area, review your medical history, and explain the options available to you. Together, you’ll talk about recommended procedures, expected results, recovery time, and any questions you may have so you feel confident and informed.

 

  • After meeting with the surgeon, you’ll meet with our surgery scheduler or financial coordinator. If your procedure may qualify for insurance coverage, they will review your benefits. For cosmetic procedures, you’ll receive a detailed quote and pricing breakdown. If you decide you’re ready to move forward, they can also help you select a surgery date that works best for you.
